Terms and Conditions

You should receive your print at home/mobile device tickets shortly. Please proceed directly to the box office (or concessions) when you arrive at the Theatre and present either the hard copy of your print at home tickets or the code that is on your phone.  We cannot search your ticket purchase via the credit card since we do not retain that information in our records.

Purchasers of tickets who are under 18 years of age should seek parental consent before purchasing tickets from our website.

If there is an issue and you are unable to use the tickets for the date and time purchased, we will, if able, honor your purchase for another showing of the same film. There are no refunds for tickets puchased online unless the Grandin Theatre is responsible for not presenting the screening/event you purchased for.
