Directions, Parking and Accessibility

Accessibility:

Due to its age and historic classification, the Grandin Theatre is only a Partially-ADA compliant facility.  There is no elevator or staircase lift chair to the second floor.  Individuals with wheel chairs or the inability to climb stairs are only able to watch films in the Main Theatre or the Screening Room.  We list the location of all of our films on the website, thought sometimes a film can be moved around for special events so it is always best to call in advance a day or so before the screening you wish to see.  Our office number is 540-345-6377, and if you don't get a live answer please leave a voicemail so we can assist you.

Parking:

Grandin Village has a two (2) hour parallel parking limit along Grandin Road and Memorial Avenue between 9 am - 6 pm.  Patrons can park for free across the street in the back lot behind the Roanoke Natural Food Co-op’s behind the alley right of way past the end of the church. There is also paid parking directly behind the Co-Lab and Co+op across the street.
