Shipping Policy
Tickets for screenings that are purchased online are available to you through a print at home capacity, sent to your mobile phone, or held at will call. If we have an event requiring hardcopy tickets needing to be mailed, please be assured that your event tickets will be mailed out within three (3) business days of your purchase. The carrier that we use is the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing and mailing your tickets. If after 7 business days you still have not received your tickets, please give us a call at (540) 345-6377, or send us an e-mail at info@grandintheatre.com
Refund Policy
The Grandin Theatre employs a NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES policy. All sales are final.
