FAQs
Q: Is your theatre disability accessible?
A: We do not have an elevator, but two of our theatres are located downstairs and are disability accessible. Please call if you have a question about which movie your floor is on. The downstairs theatre rooms are the “main” theatre room, and the “screening room.”
Q: Does the Grandin have hearing and visually assisted devices?
A: The Grandin Theatre utilizes a limited number of Doremi hearing assisted devices with accompanying headsets for improved listening potential for individual patrons with diminished hearing capacity. We also have a limited number of closed caption devices that are handheld for the visually impaired. However, not all films shown at the Theatre are formatted to be compatible with listening/visual devices, and in fact, most are not. To find out if a specific film is hearing assisted through our system, we strongly encourage you to call us in advance at our main office number, 540-345-6377.
Q: Why are the movie times sometimes different on Google or in the newspaper?
A: We are sorry for this inconvenience. At times, the local newspaper and/or Google will print our screening times incorrectly. Please always check the Grandin website for correct movie times.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes, the Grandin accepts Discover, Mastercard, and Visa, but not American Express.
Q: Are free movie passes and Star Cards accepted for all movies?
A: Unless the specific movie event page states "*Gift Passes are not accepted for this film until____", or it is special event, function or screening that has an specific price attached to the event, all movie passes and Star Cards are accepted for all "Now Playing" movie screenings.
