From mind-boggling requests to epic meltdowns, saintly patience to sneaky revenge, our storytellers will spill the tea on the wild, hilarious, and downright bizarre moments that happen when people and policies collide. From food service to room service, call centers to operating rooms, return desks to collection agencies, baristas to bartenders, IRS to ABC, your call AND your story is important to us!

This night is dedicated to the brave souls who’ve smiled through the madness and lived to tell the tale. No need to press zero to speak to a human—we’ve got the best (and worst) of customer service LIVE on stage! ‘Hoot and Holler: Customer Service will hilariously delve into the world of the work force and the incredible stories that can arise out of "customer service!"

We look for a beginning, middle, and end, lots of juicy details, humor and truth, conviction and confidence, and the willingness to step up in all of your brave glory to share your story. We love fresh interpretations of the theme and purposefully keep themes broad for this very reason. Think outside the box!

What compels you to want to tell this story? Dazzle us! If your story is selected, you will be coached throughout the process to prepare your story for stage. Readying a story does take a time commitment and willingness to be challenged and guided.
